How to Set Up a New User on Sharp Copiers
Purpose:
This guide will show you how to register a new user with a login number that they can use to access the copier for prints, copies, and scanning.
Guide:
Step 1:
Enter the IP address of the copier into your web browser

Step 2:
Log in as admin using the admin login number


Step 3:
Navigate to the User Control tab and select User Settings


Step 4:
Scroll down and click on Add(Y)

Step 5:
Enter in the user information

Step 6:
Assign them to a limited group if you have created one

Step 7:
Scroll up and click on Submit

Conclusion:
You have now added a user with a login number to the copier. They will need to use this login number you created for them to access the copier in any capacity.
