How to Reset Print/Copy Limits for Users on a Sharp Copier

Purpose:

This guide will show you how to reset the print and copy limits which are commonly set for staff on our Sharp copy machines.

Step 1:

Now click on “User Count”

Step 3:

Select the desired users in the list

Step 4:

Scroll down and click on “Show”. You can also click Clear Count to clear all selected items in the area shown above the “Show” button.

Step 5:

Select the items you wish to reset

Step 6:

Scroll down and click on “Clear Count”
