How to update phone number in Employee Online
Purpose: This will show users how to update or add their phone numbers to Employee Online so they will receive notifications from the district mass communication system, Parent Square.
Go to https://www.psd1.org and click on Employee Hub on the top menu.
If you are on a district computer, you will automatically be signed into the Employee Hub. Otherwise, use your district username and password to sign in.

Scroll down to the Quick Links section and click the Employee Online tile. Enter your district username and password if prompted.

Click on Menu on the top left, select Personal Information, then Personal Information again under the Employee group.

On the next page, you can type directly into the fields to update the necessary information. Once complete, click the Save icon on the top right. If you are changing your phone number to update it for message notifications in ParentSquare, it will take 24 hours to propagate to ParentSquare.
